Job Description:

Statutory audit and finalization of Accounts (INDAS) independently. Preparation of quarterly reports as per listing norms of SEBI.

- Budgets and projections.

- Monthly MIS and balance sheets.

- Fixed assets registration.

- Handling rating agencies (credit rating).

- Liaison with banks and corporate office with respect to fund, wherever required.

- Provident fund and gratuity finalization of accounts.

- Liaison with Internal and Statutory auditors.

- Handling of income tax matters including scrutiny.

- Handling insurance matters.

- Overseeing and supervising statutory compliances, computation, loan and interest related transactions.

- Involved in data migration in case of new software implementation.

- Tax audit and return.
