Key responsibilities include :
1. Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (HubSpot, Navigator and other Martech tools) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and opportunities.
2. Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
3. Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact.
4. Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
5. Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
6. Manage marketing contracts, budget spends and track ROI on all marketing expenses.
7. Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring
8. Present analysis and findings to a variety of audience
9. Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
Requirements :
1. 5+ years of work experience as a Marketing Operations Analyst or higher
2. Outstanding analytical skills
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills
4. Hands on experience with marketing automation systems
5. Experience with database management, lead assignment tracking and reporting
6. Experience with managing vendor contracts and marketing budgets
