Position: Email Marketing Manager

Job description

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to lead the Email Marketing team of our B2B data marketplace Portal which is under development. The role holder would be responsible from inception to execution of various marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Computer Science graduate from one of the premier institutes of the country. MBA will be a plus.

- Formulate marketing objectives aligned with business objectives which can translate into 10x growth across `metrics

- Coordinating with ESPs to execute it

- Identifying and implementing different hacks for generating awareness with TG

- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, building digital strategy in various media and measurement and analysis of impact

- Analyse performance, strategies accordingly

- Build an excellent team to work along with him

- Management reporting, oversee MIS reporting from various sources e.g. Google analytics

- Building relationships with affiliate platforms / partner sites / blogs / news sites / apps.

- Co-ordinate between Tech and Product to drive conversion improvement tactics

Experience: 5-7 years experience

Desired Skills:

- In Email marketing, Maintaining and updating mailable data, Executing Email Campaigns, Tracking results i.e. conversion rate, Forwarding Leads + Clickers data, etc

- Have knowledge of Email Marketing Software like, Marketo, Octane, Mailchimp, Maildril, Amazon SES, Benchmark, Netcore, Elastic Email.

- Understanding of SPF record and DKIM etc.

- Explore & execute other Email Marketing ideas

- Excellent with handling data, good at excel and comfortable with numbers

- Motivated and enthusiastic individual happy to learn and lead

- Good command over written and spoken English is a must
