- Ensure Project Costs Are Captured & Monitored Accurately And Overheads Allocated In Line With Agreed Principles 

- Revenue And Cost Recognition As Per Ind As-115 

- Coordinating With Statutory Auditors, Internal & External Reporting And Period End Closure Of Accounts 

- Project Accounts Payable Management (Excluding Banking)

- Issuing MIS reports like Project wise WIP Report, Project feasibility report, Margin Revenue report, Project cost control report for effectively monitoring Project Costs and variances vs Budgets and Committed Costs. Ensure timely corrective actions are taken to prevent cost over runs

- Responsible for RERA and DTCP compliance.
