- As a core team member of Talent Acquisition team her focus will be to hire through diverse channel mix including social media hiring within timelines to partner business.
- Working closely with Head TA on employer branding initiatives and diversity portfolio.
- Engaged in transformational projects including implementation of AI & predictive analysis.
- She will be responsible to improve pre-joining experience by creative and innovative ways for enhanced candidate experience and improved offer to joining ratio.
- As an Onboarding SPOC she will be responsible for joining formalities and compliances related to it.
