About the role :
Elucidata is seeking a Director of Marketing to build our marketing function. You will be responsible for building foundational strategy and the marketing team. Together with the sales team you will be actively involved in defining the go to market strategy as Elucidata becomes a lifesciences unicorn. This is a key position in the executive team, leading and directly influencing go to market strategy and strategic vision. You will report to the co-founders.
Responsibilities:
- Take on Brand identity, awareness & recognition
- Create lasting relations with audience & customers
- Analyse campaigns , trends and competitive landscape
- Influences and aligns internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns, benefits and results
- Design and execute a differentiated marketing strategy aligned with the go to market and sales strategies
- Work closely with sales on demand generation, sales education and go-to-market strategy
- Work closely with the product and technology teams to position our product and explain a complex technical solution
- Identify and design sharp and compelling marketing tools, content and materials, creating the desired market impact
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
- Build, manage and coach a collaborative, high-performing marketing team (inhouse and external vendors)
- Contribute, as a member, to the company's global leadership team, seeing the big picture and take part in building the company's roadmap
You should apply if you have :
At least 7-10 years of experience as a marketing leader
Experience building and coaching a team of direct reports
Experience in B2B Enterprise Solutions or SaaS or Deep Tech, preferably for audience in US and Europe
Proven experience in marketing for large ticket sales (>$50K)
Prior experience in a 0 to 1 environment of building a marketing function
