Head - Business Development

We are looking for a seasoned business development/ sales professional to lead our business development team with end-to-end sales ownership

The position is based out of Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development, management and execution of Key Accounts/Territory plans for the region

Define strategy for the sales teams including launch plan for new geographies, segmentation of the markets, territory distribution

Manage other key functional aspects of managing a team like quota design, implementing performance and review plan, on-boarding & training

Build market intelligence within the industry on latest developments

Identify and execute projects to improve sales efficiency across the team

Identify new target market segments/verticals

Improve and drive product and service specific strategies and sales cycles

Work closely with the leadership team on cross-vertical projects

Please apply if you :

Have 3+ years of strong work experience in Business Development (experience in Channel Sales/ Pre Sales/ Corporate Sales)

Previous Experience in a technology sales environment (software products and technology services

Are flexible, organised and able to handle competing priorities

Are a premier college graduate or have entrepreneurial experience (IIT/IIM)

Are willing to relocate to Jaipur
