Business Development Manager
We are looking for a seasoned business development/ sales professional who can take end-to-end sales ownership of the assigned vertical
The position is based out of Jaipur
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development, management and execution of Key Accounts/Territory plans for the region
- Define strategy for the sales teams including launch plan for new geographies, segmentation of the markets, territory distribution
- Manage other key functional aspects of managing a team like quota design, implementing performance and review plan, on-boarding & training
- Build market intelligence within the industry on latest developments
- Identify and execute projects to improve sales efficiency across the team
- Identify new target market segments/verticals
- Improve and drive product and service specific strategies and sales cycles
- Work closely with the leadership team on cross-vertical projects
