Senior Advocate Lawyer for a Law Firm

Elixir Legal Services, a well reputed law firm at Fort area, Mumbai requires Advocates having minimum experience of 5 to 15 years working in law firm and/or independent practice in litigation as well as non-litigation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handling litigation matters independently with end-to-end exposure in handling matters.

- Drafting and vetting of documents related to corporate and commercial transactions.

- Candidate who is well conversant with Court Procedure and civil litigation as also non litigation.

- Candidate should be Familiar with Arbitration Civil original side and Appellate side work.

- Monitor legal risk in documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.

- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in law (essential)

- Good command over English and Marathi language

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Build and maintain productive working relationship with clients

- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

- The candidate with long term perspective should apply

Location and office details - Fort, Mumbai

Law firm Office duration: 9.30am to 7.30pm, Monday to Saturday
