Elitify.com is looking for a dynamic and qualified professional who would ensure that the organization employs the right balance of employees in terms of skills and experience in order to meet the objectives of the organization and be responsible for end-to-end hiring, ensuring strategic planning, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates.  Build Innovation in Talent Acquisition function:  - Devising effective ways of hiring other than traditional methods  - Keeping abreast with the market and industry information and highlighting trends  - Ensuring timely closures of the assigned positions  - Use of diverse sourcing methodologies  - Evaluate business needs and their impact on manpower requirements  - Employing different strategies for recruitment and sourcing candidates for open positions.  - Expand network to hire potential candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry.  - Facilitating hiring and recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources in a cost effective and timely manner  - Coordination and regular follow ups with candidates and ensuring candidate delight at every step.  - Salary negotiation with the candidates and follow-ups till the requirement is fulfilled  - Achieve closures in a stipulated time frame  - Build pipeline for key positions  - Working with top/senior management on proactively building a pipeline for key positions in the organization  - Evaluating and identifying niche talent in the industry and attracting them towards the organization  - Building industry data on key skills   - Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.  - Headhunting - generating leads and converting them.  - Scheduling & coordinating interviews with other functional heads.  - Negotiate with external consultants and recruitment agencies (if applicable) regarding contracts and delivery timelines.  - Identify alternate sources of recruitment and achieve cost savings through effective mix of hiring such as agencies, campus, laterals, referrals, job portals, advertisements etc. and provide inputs for their finalization.  Key Skills:  - MBA in HR with an experience of 3-6 years in an e-commerce startup environment  - Proven effective interviewing skills with an ability to ask the right questions which go beyond the technical/functional skill set.  - Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills  - Thorough and up to date knowledge of all employment laws/ statutory requirements  - Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.  - Must be driven, self motivated,committed to a start up lifestyle  - Passion for what we are building at Elitify  OUR STORY:  In the summer of 2012 on a lazy Sunday afternoon, we stumbled upon Mr porter.com.
