- Manage international cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.

- Look at international banking options for raising funds.

- Optimize capital structure and manage debt financing.

- Oversee foreign exchange risk management and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure treasury needs for local entities and operations.

- Project accurate cash forecasts and monitor fund inflow/outflow.

Financial Reporting & Compliance :

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.

- Manage the consolidation of international financial statements.

- Finalize and present financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and annual reports.

- Support the development of new entities and appropriate legal structures.

- Ensure full transparency of financial performance.

- Establish internal compliance audits and maintain financial governance.

- Support local entities' accounts setup and migration to the organization's system.

- Ensure compliance with local tax, filing, and financial authorities' requirements.

Risk Management :

- Identify and manage financial risks for international operations.

- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Oversee internal controls and prepare due diligence documentation.

- Review financial risks for new investments and develop policies to reduce risk.

- Maintain and update the global risk register.

Investment Management :

- Oversee evaluation and management of international investment opportunities.

- Analyze investment proposals and monitor performance.

Stakeholder Management :

- Build and maintain relationships with international financial institutions and investors.

- Represent the company in financial negotiations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support business initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development :

- Lead and mentor the finance and treasury team.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge.
