Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that promote sustainable growth and profitability, while efficiently managing the company's profit and loss statement.

4. Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure the efficient production, distribution, and delivery of high-quality solar energy products and services.
5. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and maintain a competitive edge.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to drive sustainable growth and achieve success.
7. Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and standards, promoting a culture of integrity and ethical business practices within the organization.
8. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize revenue generation, while effectively managing the company's profit and loss statement.
9. Collaborate closely with the research and development team to drive innovation and the advancement of cutting-edge solar energy technologies and products.
10. Prepare and deliver regular reports to the board of directors, providing comprehensive updates on the company's performance, financial health, and future prospects.
Skills Required:
1. Successfully delivered sustainable business growth, expanded market presence, and effectively managed P&L.
2. Leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals and drive financial success.
3. Strong business insights and strategic thinking, making data-driven decisions in a competitive market environment.
4. In-depth knowledge of solar energy technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
5. Ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and manage P&L effectively.
6. Proficient in financial analysis, budget management, and P&L oversight, making informed decisions to ensure sustainable business growth and profitability.
7. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all channel parents.
8. Market knowledge on Solar PV technology would be advantage.
9. Work experience in B2B especially from energy -related sector or electrical sector would be added advantage.
Qualification: Electrical/ Electronics engineer preferably with MBA from tier one institutes
Experience: Min: 2 Yrs Max: 5 yrs.
