Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Monitor progress and performance against strategic objectives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including sales, Business analytics, CRM, Technical services and other operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization throughout the organization.
- Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to department heads and operational teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, partners, and regulators.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or Vice President of Operations.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of business operations, financial management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
