Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with market researchers team based in Europe and the US for high quality execution and on time delivery of the market research projects covering the spectrum of activities including primary research, data analytics, and secondary research.

- Understand and align the requirement of primary market research to be conducted with the brand/therapy area business partners to

- Finalize and program online questionnaires for quantitative studies, analyze study data

- Visualize the findings and prepare the insights to be incorporated into future market researches

- Manage awareness trial usage (ATUs) studies and brand equity projects

- Ensure business partners or external providers accurately translate the questionnaires to local languages

- Ensure that the screening criteria and recruiting lists for each project is appropriate to business goals

- Partner with external agency to ensure and manage data collection, data integrity, privacy, and on time delivery

- Provide appropriate context for study findings based on prior primary market research, including secondary sources

- Developing into a trusted advisor by actively participating in various phases of the project including kick-off, methodology development, execution, insight generation and data visualization and results presentation to various business partners

- Participating in meetings with business partners and communicating the final outputs and recommendations

- Partner with Lilly project managers to meet all necessary compliance requirements for executing market research project

Experience related requirements

- 3-6 years of Primary market research experience in life sciences domain with demonstrated ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment

- Must have experience in running primary market research projects

Technical Skills

- Strong quantitative/qualitative, research, and data analytical skills

- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, WinCross or similar) and databases

- Advanced ability to develop a research proposal based on the business question

- Ability to translate business problems into most efficient and effective research & analysis plan; then execute and interpret the analysis, including conclusions and recommendations

- Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)

- Experience in conjoint, maxdiff, least squares linear regression, factor and cluster analyses will be an added advantage
