- High growth global company seeks dedicated and driven leaders to take on turn around. The right candidate will have a history of success and be more interested in success than security.
- He or she will be responsible for $1-10M companies that are barely breaking even and turn them around in one-year Compensation will be based on change in EBITDA
- The potential leader should have a global perspective and familiar with doing business in multiple locations.
- Seeking a motivated individual with a management background in business strategy and development and can drive and motivate a team. This individual will be tasked with creating and executing a strategic plan that will be the total solution to driving the success of a designated turn around company entrusted to them. Creating a long-term business working environment for their employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Work Timings :
- Will have to work in the US time zone (flexibility is needed with timings as per the business need)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plan for turn around success
- Focusing on ensuring operational and financial success of the organization as the company grows
- Utilize data to drive decisions and performance across the company
- Work closely with members of the executive team to define and execute growth plans across multiple locations.
Required :
- 10 to 15 years- experience in a Marketing Strategy / Business Development role
- 6 to 8 Years proven success building and managing teams
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in related field
- Proven success building and driving a high performing team
- Hands on experience in a company turn around
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability work working multiple projects simultaneously
- MS Office Suite, Work, PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong attention to detail
