Work Location: Faridabad/Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Collection of data and qualitative insight through dedicated primary research while continually building network of contacts.
- Manage and build proprietary datasets, ensuring their continued relevance, quality and accuracy. Showing ability to introduce, discuss and justify data to both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver thought leading industry insight, relevant for audience and sector - including management reports, presentations and sector/technology bulletins.
- Supporting team-heads in the continual development and improvement of service output.
- Mentoring of junior team members
- Build of analyst profile through contribution to relevant publications / social media.
Required:
- 5-7 Years relevant market research experience, preferably within consumer electronics sector.
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong analytical capabilities, able to manage and manipulate complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven presentation skills: creating graphical representation of data & insight and ability to verbally present findings to internal stakeholders and client companies
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
KPI:
- Maintain short-term forecast accuracy of +/-5% (+/-10%, long-term)
- Lead production of minimum 18 industry narratives per 12-month period.
- Lead / Participate in a minimum of 6 client / industry presentations per 12-month period.
- Contribute to the successful development of junior team members
- Continued development of profile through media exposure
