Duties and responsibilities :
The Senior Manager will be responsible for the leadership and strategic and operational support of all employees in our Noida location. This position will require a strong Management background, experience of driving forward strategic initiatives for a software development company and a demonstrated ability to effectively partner with business leaders on a global level.
- Partnership - Liaison between BU and Eli for strategic and tactical initiatives
- Policies development & documentation - Manages/creates policies specific to Business Unit
- Employee Development - Responsible for our Professional Development Program and managing, tracking and helping employees work on Career Paths
- Compliance Management - Manages or facilitates employee disputes/complaints, benefit or payroll issues/questions, facility requests/issues, disciplinary plans, etc.
- Compensation & Review - Manages quarterly and yearly performance review process
- Recruiting & Staffing - Works closely with Eli HR/Admin for the business unit's Recruitment activities and hiring decisions
- Onboarding - Facilitates New Hire training and onboarding for BU with Eli HR and department heads
- Off boarding - Responsible for conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes
- Office Management - Liaison between BU and building management
- Employee Retention - Responsible for employee engagement and retention programs
Key Skills :
- Solid working knowledge of core management concepts like competency mapping, Rewards and Recognition, employee onboarding, training, performance management, attrition calculation and grievance handling
- In-depth understanding of areas such as Talent Management, Retention, Technology and Analytics
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent judgment and sensible, honest ethics
- Strong Negotiation and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to identify and solve issues effectively and on time with an eye for detail
Desired Skills :
- Ability to adapt to and deliver as per requirements of different stakeholders
- Experience working in Information Technology
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Experience in supporting Senior Management
