Job title - Manager /Senior Manager - Management Reporting
Job Location - Faridabad
Shift Timings - 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Qualification - CFA (Preferred)/CA + MBA (Finance) from Premier B-School
Duties and responsibilities :
- Review of businesses post acquisitions and identify & track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for businesses on recurring basis
- Responsible for Dashboard Reporting, MIS
- Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Business Reports
- Working with key stakeholders to capture and evaluate MI and reporting requirements
- Presenting information in a high quality, clear, visually rich report format which includes insightful commentary, trend analysis and any variance analysis.
- Constructing comprehensive documentation of all MI and regular reports to ensure knowledge retention within the analytics team.
Key Skills:
- Must have done business performance commentary
- Must have strong understanding of financial statements
- Must have strong understanding of business across industries
- Global exposure is preferred
- Proficiency in MS excel/Word/Power Point.
- Proven, strong analytical mindset, comfortable when presenting data and analysis, including attention to detail and decision making skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks within the same period of time, always meeting the requirements of stakeholders.
- Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate those into practical, implementable solutions.
- Good team leader with communication skill to deal with multi-cultured leads.
- Self-starter, energetic, flexible individual with a clear thought process.
- Professional attitude and a keen desire to learn new concepts
