Consolidation: The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for monthly/periodic consolidation and reporting of Global Growth Group and its affiliated entities. Most of the group entities follow December 31 as year-end.
Work Timings - 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm, needs flexibility as per the business requirement.
Work Location - Faridabad

Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements of the ultimate parent entity which includes corporate entities of the group and all its business entities across various countries.
- Review and analysis of the monthly consolidated financials with special focus on compliance with finance policies and internal reporting framework in accordance with US GAAP & IFRS
- Working closely with other teams - tax, legal, treasury and various business leaders/CFO/controllers of business teams for addressing financial and reporting issues at consolidation level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and management reporting metrics such as EBIDTA, key business ratios, debt covenant compliances, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various consolidation related issues such as reconciliations, inclusive of equity and investment of holding and subsidiary companies, intercompany transactions including related party, foreign currency transactions, cash flow statements, deferred taxes, tax provisions, GAAP & IFRS compliance etc.
- Work closely with business CFOs/Controllers of business entities for preparation of financial statement analysis and enhancing the accounting and reporting controls.
- Work closely with the FP&A team to develop effective reporting and financial analyses in line with best practices for consolidated financial statements.
- Implement an internal process of the completion of internal financial reviews for both consolidated financial statements of the group and standalone financial statements of Corporate entities.
- Work with team members to streamline improvement of the financial consolidation and reporting process.
- Expertise in application of US GAAP, IFRS or other applicable GAAP and consolidation process and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of multiple accounting systems, example- ERP systems, Intacct, QuickBooks, Tally etc.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines on assignments, prioritize and execute multiple demands and work with different stakeholders, up to and including, the Group CFO, Business leaders and entities CFO/Controllers and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to cascade technical and process related trainings to all team members, support and lead on ad hoc projects as requested.
Required:
- Chartered Accountancy qualification with more than 7-10 years of experience.
- Exceptional accounting and reporting background which involved dealing with Consolidation in global large and mid- size companies in their reporting teams.
- Hands on experience in Consolidated Financial Statements and US GAAP/IFRS covering critical accounting and reporting issues.
- Experience in working with companies with global presence.
- Strong in relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail oriented but able to quickly grasp the big picture.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
