Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project scope, timelines, budget, and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects while ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans.

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment with project goals.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

- Manage project documentation, change requests, and quality assurance processes.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.).

- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure projects.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and IT service management frameworks.
