ElevenX Capital - Vice President - Finance

- The VP Finance is in charge of planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance and accounting activities of EXC Managed Services with a focus on centralized accounting and FP&A for all of the EXC Managed Services portfolio companies.

Position Responsibilities:

- Accountability of the monthly closing process getting completed accurately and timely manner by the Accounting team

- Accountability of getting monthly operating plan budgeting, forecasting and variance reports completed accurately and timely by the Financial Planning & Analysis team

- Accountability to manage all tax compliance and to lead research and optimization projects for tax savings in the US and India

- Accountability to lead the annual external audit of financial statements

- Manage financial systems and assess and recommend upgrades where appropriate

- Oversee annual budgeting process

- Manage FinOps and FP&A teams and be accountable for recruiting and retaining finance talent

Critical-to-Quality Requirements:

- 15+ years of progressive finance experience preferably in SaaS, technology and/or technology services businesses

- Proven track record of growing businesses as VP of Finance or equivalent

- Previous early stage growth company experience desired

- Experience in month end close, regular reporting requirements and financial modeling

- Experience in both US and India accounting, tax and compliance

- Ability to be flexible and highly responsive to client needs and requests

- Knowledge of Quickbooks and Tally a plus

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
