Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Revenue generation through Sponsorship / Corporate / Event / Media sales
2. Acquiring new clients, building relationships with existing clients and delivering client success
3. Client Relationship Management
4. Preparing client proposals and presentations
5. Working closely with the operations team to successfully deliver the assigned project
6. Preparation of monthly sales plan, weekly reports, sales projection report etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree (any domain)
2. Minimum 3 years of business development, sponsorship sales and account management.
3. Must have B2B / B2C sales experience in a research, IT, Marketing, or service provider firm
4. Domain knowledge in Governance, Health, Pharma, Education, BFSI, CIO, Enterprise / Manufacturing
5. Must be target oriented and has experience in achieving quarterly or annual targets
6. Demonstrated experience and success in generating leads within a particular target market
7. Exceptional communicator in terms of verbal and written presentation skills
8. Excellent time management, organizational and project management skills to maximize on time output and results
9. Active participant in industry social networking and corporate events
