Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Sales Manager to promote and sell our exquisite digital art. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, providing expert knowledge, and personalized service to meet their needs.
- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in luxury sales, with a successful track record in a managerial role.
- Passion for art.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets in a luxury retail or similar environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury products, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
