Electronica Finance - Regional Collections Manager

Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of Regional, Area, and Field Collection Managers to ensure effective operations across the Rajkot and Ahmedabad regions.

- Collection Strategies: Develop and implement tailored collection strategies to improve overall collection efficiency and recovery rates within the designated region.

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze the collection performance metrics, including 90+ DPD (Days Past Due) reductions, and take corrective actions to achieve collection targets.

- Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all collection activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

- Client Interaction: Serve as the company's representative in dealings with customers, resolving disputes, and maintaining a professional relationship with regulatory bodies.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on collection activities, challenges, and outcomes, and present them to senior management for review and strategic planning.

- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the collection team to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle complex collection cases.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the unsecured lending or Micro LAP industry, with a strong track record in managing collections.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, regulators, and team members.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of collection laws and regulations, ensuring all practices are legally compliant.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to develop actionable insights and strategies for improving collection performance
