Electronica Finance Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Noida.
This full-time, on-site role will focus on driving sales growth by leading a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
This role is integral to achieving our revenue targets and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve team and individual sales goals.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and capture new market opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.-
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and drive improvements.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of track record in sales management, business development, and client relationship management, preferably in the finance industry or related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
