Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary) : Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income. Business Development Manager is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. They coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
Key Functions & Responsibilities :
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Education & Experience Requirement
Education: Postgraduate - MBA
Experience: 3 to 5 Yrs.
Language Skills : English, Hindi, Local Language
Technical / Managerial Competencies Required :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
