Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Prospect and identify new sales leads, closing deals to support regional growth and increase market share.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Strategic Recommendations: Analyze client data and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their business outcomes.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets, aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Performance Management: Track and achieve sales performance goals, contributing to regional sales forecasting and planning.
- Value Proposition Presentation: Clearly communicate the benefits of our products/services to potential and current customers, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Strong skills in business development, sales performance, and marketing strategy, with an emphasis on sales forecasting and internal sales.
- Proven experience in technical sales and client relationship management, with a results-oriented approach.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in client relationship or sales management, preferably in a regional or area sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to lead sales discussions and close deals
