Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Engage in dialogue with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Data Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze client data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present tailored value propositions to sales leads and current customers.
Sales and Prospecting:
- Prospect for new sales leads and work to close sales efficiently.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
Account Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Manage multiple projects and clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in client relationship management or sales.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
