Learning Solutions Architect
Responsibilities (Certifications mentioned are good-to-have, not mandatory):
- Learning Strategy Development: Design and implement learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives Good to have certifications: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar credentials, with a strong foundation in instructional design principles.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning gaps and requirements, utilizing methodologies endorsed by certifications like Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) or equivalent qualifications, while employing instructional design frameworks.
- Instructional Design Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in instructional design methodologies and theories, supported by certifications such as Certified Instructional Designer (CID) or equivalent qualifications.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate learning solutions, managing timelines and resources effectively. Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management credentials, ensuring seamless integration of instructional design elements throughout the project lifecycle.
