Primary Responsibility :
- Responsible for establishing key metrics for each HR sub-function and source of data, validation and running the analysis on set frequency
- Responsible for Bi-Monthly HR Analytics for overall HR function for Business Leaders
- Publish regional/functional HR Dashboards (data visualization, storyboard) enable HRBP to set monthly conversations, actions and updates.
- Key projects - Employee Pulse Survey analysis, Talent Management Decision Tree, Project Success trend analysis, cost modeling for various projects, etc
- Advance reporting's
