Job description:
- Developing new product ideas to improve revenue generation
- Responsible for his team to acquire, manage and advise HNI Clients in all asset classes like AlFs, Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products and Broking
- Generate leads and develop prospects, network to identify referrals to new clients
- Understand investment/financial needs, risk appetite of the client to create and manage a long term Asset Allocation plan
- To research, investigate and update the clients on available investment opportunities/financial market trends to determine whether they fit into clients' portfolios.
- Motivating team to achieve defined targets and retention of current manpower
- Periodic training sessions for the RMs/Clients on investments strategy, new processes and product views
- Follows the guidelines and compliance needs and be closely monitored and response to any request for documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be relationship oriented with good inter-personal and people skills
- Impactful communication skills to effectively engage affluent consumers
- Exceptional track record of managing portfolio of HNI Clients
- Qualification: MBA/CA and NISM V-A, CFA / CPA desirable
- 12+years of experience
