Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our forensic accounting team as an Analyst specializing in balance sheet analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining financial statements, identifying irregularities, and conducting forensic investigations to uncover fraud, misstatements, or financial discrepancies. This role requires strong financial analysis skills, a keen investigative mindset, and the ability to interpret complex financial data, reported by listed companies or companies that are planning IPO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct forensic analysis of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to detect inconsistencies, errors, or fraudulent activity.

- Examine financial records, accounting entries, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with regulations and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).

- Identify trends, anomalies, and red flags in financial data that may indicate fraud, misrepresentation, or financial distress.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, risks, and recommendations.

- Utilize forensic accounting tools, data analytics software, and visualization techniques to present financial insights effectively.

Qualification: Qualified CA with min 4+ years of experience
