- Execution of end to end ECM, Private Equity and M&A deals

- Maintain market intelligence of investment opportunities

- Making pitch and Cred presentation to prospects.

- Business development for target sectors

- Building relationships with key decision makers in the companies in the target sector.

- Tracking key developments in the target sector.

- Leveraging memberships in industry bodies and corporate at appropriate level.

- The Ideal Candidate should be an MBA/CA with at least 10+ years of experience in investment banking space.
