Elanstreet.com - AVP/GM - Technology - eCommerce - IIT/NIT/BITS

The role will report into VP Technology, will help create future technology roadmap for www.elanstreet.com

1. Lead a development team to develop, optimize and implement Magneto ecommerce based solution

2. Lead development efforts for Android and iOS app development

3. Develop the vision and roadmap of organization's technology strategy. Lead the architecture and execution of it.

4. Identify new technology trends and keep an eye on consumer's evolving mobile commerce consumption trends.

5. Establish risk and governance processes. Ensure safety and security of company data and user's privacy information.

6. Ensure that latest technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.

Skills & Requirements

1. Prior experience in ecommerce is a must. Experience on Magneto will be a plus.

2. Must have experience in web development technologies, with strong understanding of database technologies

3. Significant development and delivery experience in leading teams.

4. Hands-on coding experience with popular languages and web stacks.

5. Detailed knowledge of Web Standards.
