Ekstep - Business Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

1. Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to identify trends and insights.

2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

2. Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.

3. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to support business strategies.

Data Management & Security:

1. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing data validation processes.

2. Optimise and automate data processes using SQL, Python, or R.

3. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Collaboration & Communication:

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, content, and product teams, to drive data-driven decisions.

2. Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
