ABOUT THE ROLE

Eko is looking for its Assistant Manager (AM) - Digital Marketing. As an AM, you will be responsible for the performance marketing of Eko. You will be responsible for generating leads in cost-effective manners, using various digital marketing techniques for Eko's acquisition of merchants, distributors, customers and partners.

In the first quarter, you will come up to speed with Eko's existing campaigns. You will start collaborating with tech, product and inside sales teams to run high ROI campaigns across Google, Facebook and other channels. You will also set up tracking and evaluation mechanism for the campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and execute Eko's digital marketing strategy across channels.

2. Drive achievement of growth objective of leads across app installs, web signups, display, search and other formats.

3. Identify trends and insights and optimize the performance of campaigns

4. Measure and improve performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

5. Explore and implement tools required for attribution and tracking across platforms.

6. Collaborate internally and externally to boost the user experience and lead volume.

7. Explore avenues to grow the lead volume by 20x at a sustainable cost.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education - MBA/PGDM from Tier I Business School and/or B. Tech. from a Tier I college (IITs, BITS, NITs).

Experience




- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in Google/Facebook marketing

- Proven track record of leveraging the latest technological developments in digital marketing

- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time to deliver results on time and under budget.

- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and Google AdWords.
