Our first product, FOXY, is an artist led commerce platform for beauty, grooming and personal care. We connect consumers with beauty influencers, artists and top brands, ensuring users' shopping experiences are unique. Roles & Responsibilities :

- Gathering insights on new product categories & using them to create product briefs

- Evaluating product samples, and managing sample testing & feedback

- Finalizing product claims & features for final launch

- Evaluating market scenario, competition, & price points to find relevant gaps in the market

- Evaluating packaging options, relaying briefs to packaging team, & finalizing packaging for new product launches

- Managing network timelines of all new developments, & coordinating with relevant teams to launch products on targeted timelines

- SPOC for leading all NPD projects for packaging development (including Primary, Secondary & tertiary packaging)

- Handle completely new products and packaging as well as upgrading complete packaging for existing products from conceptual design till execution include selection, trials, documentation, and implementation.

- Having full understanding of all packaging components, manufacturing processes & performance, regulations, packaging specifications, drawings and artwork including documentation.

- Defining SOP & Standard docs for efficiently managing packaging Development activities in the entire NPD process

- Superb written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong Networking skills, influencing skills, negotiation skills, teamwork, project management skills along with stakeholder management skills

Critical Competencies :

- Strong Networking skills, influencing skills, negotiation skills, teamwork, project management skills along with stakeholder management skills

- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG business preferably Beauty & Personal Care products in the area of developing and optimizing packaging formats in India.

- Consumer Centric in terms of understanding on-going and future consumer Packaging trends

- Ability to work independently.

- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
