Our first product, FOXY, is an artist led commerce platform for beauty, grooming and personal care. Foxy is committed to bringing the best, latest and 100% genuine beauty products from across the world, as recommended by top influencers. We connect consumers with beauty influencers, artists and top brands, ensuring users' shopping experiences are unique. We understand that everyone's Beauty and Personal Care needs are unique, and thus our users all have a tailor made and personalised shopping experience through our platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

Program Setup

1. Develop B2B e-commerce proposition for retailers in the beauty space e.g., cosmetic shops, pharmacies, salons

2. Finalize assortment in terms of brands and SKUs to be offered to retailers

3. Tie-up with hyperlocal partners to enable e-commerce through retailers

4. Work with engineering team to develop e-commerce portal for retailers

5. Tie-up with financing partner for credit in ecommerce space (if required)

Program Launch and Scale-up

1. Recruit team to signup retailers for the ecommerce platform

2. Develop a city wise activation business plan for the business

3. Identify digital activation program for retailers

Ongoing Program Management

1. Manage ongoing sales schemes on the platform

2. Ongoing performance management for the business

Candidate should have atleast 7 years experience handling General Trade channel with the FMCG companies or E-commerce space.
