A person should have good knowledge in Wealth/portfolio Management, financial planning or investment advisory.
- Procuring the potential/target clients through networking, database, market analysis and references.
- Will be responsible for acquiring Preferred clients (HNI/Ultra HNI ).
- To Advise HNI/Ultra HNI clients on their investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients
- Seek to establish a level of trust and confidence with the client so that any financial need can be addressed and solutions offered.
- To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients.
- To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.
- Achieving financial goals and maintaining organization brand value.
- To research, investigate and update themselves on available investment
- To contact clients periodically and determine if they are satisfied with the service and returns generated. Also, to review their investment needs to determine whether market changes, life changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicate a need for portfolio reassessment
- Should be an effective Team Player
Qualification & functional skills required for the role:
1. Graduation/ post-graduation from a recognized institute
2. Good working knowledge in Wealth Management Domain/Financial Product
3. Familiarity with compliance of KYC, AML, SEBI rules, and customer risk profiling.
4. Understanding of financial products like MF, bonds, NCD, Equity, PMS & Structured products.
5. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
6. Ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
7. Minimum experience of 6 years and above in the same industry.
Must have had prior experience of sourcing and managing client relationships in areas such as Wealth products, Portfolio Management, etc.
