- We are looking for a bright, energetic, and enterprising Presales Consultant to be an integral part of the sales team at Eka, demonstrate high level of understanding of business, technologies and solution, and play a vital role in the sales process.
- As a techno-functional expert, the presales consultant will work hand in glove with the sales team, helping build customer confidence by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements, as well as by creating product demos, presentations and collateral to show how Eka meets these needs.
Experience:
- At least 1.5 years in a presales role with a top-tier enterprise product company, preferably in the ETRM/ CTRM domain.
Responsibilities:
- Providing detailed ETRM software demonstrations spanning multiple commodity markets
- Drive the Interaction with prospects to understand business processes
- RFI/RFQ/RFP response preparation and submission
- Preparation and setting up of general software demos
- Preparation and Setting up of specific software demo environments to match the prospect's business processes
- Online and onsite demonstration of software functionality to prospects/clients
- Participating/conducting pre-sales workshops
- Creating product and solution presentations and collateral
- Keeping abreast of industry, competition and technology trends and developments
Skill Sets:
- Extremely sharp thinking: ability to quickly grasp customer requirements, conceptualize solutions and present ideas on the spot. This is a key requirement
- Ability to communicate one-to-one with top level business and IT managers of large global corporate houses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to deliver presentations to large audiences, demonstrating knowledge of domain and technology
- Ability to work in a team environment
