Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Senior Associate at EIVA, you will play a pivotal role in our investment banking team. You will work on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital deals and structured finance transactions. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly motivated and want to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal Execution: Collaborate with the senior management team to support the end-to-end execution of the transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence, valuation analysis, and preparing IMs & Pitch Books.

2.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by mapping industries, actively prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, and arranging meetings with different promoters.

3.Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, DCF analysis, and comparable company analysis, to support investment decisions and recommendations.

4.Presentations: Assist in delivering high-impact presentations to clients, investors, and internal stakeholders

5.Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and team members.

6.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic insights, conducting market research, and effectively communicating progress throughout the deal lifecycle.

7.Documentation: Prepare and review transaction documents, such as term sheets and offering memoranda ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

8.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and accounting professionals, to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Eligibility Criteria:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity

- An MBA or Qualified CA.
