Hiring Sr Director/ Director Sales - USA Location

Position Title: Senior Director Sales (Leadership Role)

Locations : Southern, CA (1 Position); Westborough, MA (1 position)

Position Title : Director Sales (Individual Contributor Role)

Locations : Sunnyvale, CA (1 Position))

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

- Applicants with valid visa to work in USA are invited to apply for this position only like (US Citizen, GC, H1-B).

- Open new accounts / Acquire New Logos.

- Have a successful track record of delivering revenue targets.

- Have successful sales track record in Product Engineering Offshore Services.

- Achieve target levels of new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals.

- Have a hands-on management style and proven experience of managing and motivating a sales team.

- Implement sales strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage.

- Work closely with the Operations Team at Onsite and Offshore locations (India) to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services in USA.

- Have excellent relationship and account management skills.
