Role and Responsibilities:
- The Head of Corporate Marketing is expected to drive and manage external communication, content marketing, company branding, events / trade shows, analyst relations, briefing center(s), and digital marketing initiatives.
- The role requires a creative mindset to deliver maximum awareness for lead generation with the right audiences, with minimal effort and in a time-bound manner. The role is a healthy mix of technical and marketing exposure,
- The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and will have key positions such as Digital Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager, Social Media and Events Coordinator reporting in to him/her.
- The role requires significant technology involvement for VLSI, Embedded and Software domains and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, demanding and fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Media Relations (USA and India):
- Drive media briefings for senior executives at events / key announcements
- Drive the press release calendar with creative inputs to media personnel
- Schedule media visits to eInfochips for interviews / cover story publications
Digital Marketing:
- Drive SEO / Web content with the Digital Marketing Manager
- Drive Social Media Postings on multiple LinkedIn Groups
- Coordinate Monthly Newsletters and Periodic Announcements
- Analyze website traffic and take corrective actions to improve quantity and quality
Events / Tradeshows:
- Coordinate eInfochips presence at various trade-shows, with the events co-ordinator
Content Management:
- Drive article publications with internal and external agencies / Guide them on content flow
- Identify content gaps and plan relevant content that reinforces eInfochips market position
- Coordinate with teams for Case Studies, Brochures, Corporate Presentations, Advertisements, Videos, Banners, Blogs, Webinars, Articles, Whitepapers, Application Notes and Infographics
- Work with publication houses to get content placed in leading magazines and portals
- Hands - on contribution in creating content
- Analyst Relations
- Nominate eInfochips for global industry awards from leading organizations
Team Management:
- Manage timely deliverables from self, as well as team members
- Guide team members to achieve maximum potential / build strong rapport with all stakeholders
- Inspire team to come up with new ways to improve eInfochips business
Alignment:
- Align Marketing and Communications initiatives with top organizational priorities
- Achieve results in revenue realization for the company, with leads generated from websites, social media, events, and newsletter
- Drive strategic contact nurturing campaigns though consistent content publication and marketing automation tools
Desired Skills and Experience:
Qualifications, Education and other Requirements:
- MBA from Tier-1 B-Schools such as ISB, IIM, XLRI with an Engineering Degree in Electronics or Computers
- 7-12 years of experience with a technology company with significant exposure to USA and European markets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in consulting organizations / Big 4
- Experience in IT / Engineering Services companies
- Working experience in USA with Product or Consulting company
