EHS Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

- Act as the LEAD for Safety, Health and Environment at the site

- Identify and lead SHE improvement initiatives

- Ensure compliance to company and legislative Safety, Health and Environment standards at the site

- Provide leadership in developing Safety, Health and Environment training programmes

- Provide clear leadership, direction and development opportunities to SHE team

Critical Responsibilities:

- To understand the global SHE management framework of the company and then develop an appropriate SHE management framework to be implemented locally.

- The framework will span all compliance requirements, best practice and reach across all aspects of the site’s operations and activities.

To roll out the above framework at the site
