Job Designation - EHS Head

Job Role:

- Design and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs.

- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international SHE regulations.

- Risk Assessment and Mitigation

- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.

- Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks.

- Training and Development

- Conduct SHE training programs for employees at all levels.

- Ensure that training materials are current and in line with regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting- :

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SHE.

- Prepare and present regular reports on SHE performance to senior management.

Incident Management:

- Manage the reporting, investigation, and analysis of SHE incidents.

- Implement corrective actions based on incident findings to prevent recurrence.

Continuous Improvement:

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in SHE practices.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate them into the organization.

- Employee Engagement and Communication:

- Promote SHE awareness and engagement across the organization.

- Facilitate open communication channels for SHE concerns and suggestions.

- Emergency Preparedness:

- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

- Conduct regular emergency drills and evaluate their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- BE, B.Tech, ME Environment with Post Diploma in Industrial Safety

- [Number] years of experience in SHE management or a related role.

- Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and industry standards.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

- Proficiency in SHE management software and tools.
