- Maintain the TAT for the open position.
- Line Manager Relationship management
- Supports the translation of H.R. programs, policies & practices
- Supports complex or high impact H.R./business programs or initiatives
- Uses HR reporting tools to generate reports that improve own understanding of specific issues or trends & to address individual customer needs
- Attrition analysis and exit out calling to understand trends and make recommendations.
- Responsible for day to day general HR activities.
- HR metrics and reporting.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- 5-10 years of experience in Recruitment and Business Partnership Role
- Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results.
- Excellent business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied with cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills. Strong process orientation.
- Having healthcare background is a PLUS
