Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in branding, preferably in the impact sector or a mission-driven organization.
- Experience in technology would be a plus.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: A doer-thinker mindset who enjoys tackling complex challenges.
- You should have a strong interest in solving problems that create large-scale social impact.
- Mission-Driven: Deep alignment with eGov's mission & passionate about using your skills to make a difference in people's lives.
- Brand Storyteller: Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives that inspire action and drive impact.
- Events & Outreach Savvy: Proven ability to manage large-scale events, and orchestrate outreach campaigns that build relationships and strengthen the eGov brand.
- Social Media Expertise: Experience managing and growing a brand's presence on social media, with a focus on community building and audience engagement.

- eGov Foundation is a 20-year-old tech-for-good organization founded by Nandan Nilekani and Srikanth N to use technology to improve the delivery of public services and governance at scale and speed.
- Our goal? To make public services more equitable, efficient, and transparent across 30 countries by 2030.
- We currently work with 7 national and 16 sub-national governments and touch the lives of over 1 billion citizens, in sectors such Public Health, Water, Sanitation, Urban, Social benefits etc.
