- Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Global Technology Services.

The Position :

Associate :

- The Research Associate will leverage their deep domain knowledge and external network to drive C-level/senior candidate recommendations and/or mid-level candidate development.

- This individual will also proactively drive business development opportunities given their intimacy with market trends and company insights.

- The Associate will build, or have built, an external network of industry or functional sources and experts that they can tap into to drive client solutions.

- The Expert is expected to function autonomously as required.

- However, the Segment and Practice experts and consultants work collectively as a team for candidate idea generation, references and client assignment work.

- This role will be visible to clients and will be expected to help develop key account strategies.

- As an experienced hire, this individual is expected to lead by example and act as an informal mentor and coach to other experts they work with throughout the organization.

- This is an individual contributor role however there will be extensive collaboration with global colleagues on projects.

Role of Research - Key Aspects of your daily tasks :

- Relevant professional experience in Industry, Consulting or Research with deep knowledge of the Public and Social Sector Industry at large, its competitive landscape including the latest trends

- Experience of working on international engagements in a professional services environment with an understanding of Global market

- Clear and confident communication skills both in person and on the phone are essential

- A self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, critical thinking, eye for detail, conceptual thinking

Required knowledge/experience :

- Graduate or Post Graduate from an accredited academic institution

- At least 8+ years of professional experience with a passion and understanding of the public and social sector

- A self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, critical thinking, eye for detail, results orientation and ability to work with a global team

Location : The position is based at Egon Zehnder's KCI office in Gurgaon, Plot no. 29, Institutional Area Sector 32.
