Key Responsibilities include:
- Person should have a experience in sales in FMCG, FMCD of minimum 2 years
- Person should be open for travelling for launching new markets
- Design launch Play book and should set up vendors in supply chain, Warehouses set up.
- Should have distribution and supply chain experience
- Assign targets to the team to drive primary and secondary target achievement
- Should hire and set up initial team in city and then set up required systems and process
- Assist in the development of sales goals, training programs, incentive plan design and sales force alignment, among other strategic sales initiatives.
- Person should be a generalist and should handle Sales, Operations and Supply chain during the launch period.
Candidate Skills:
- 5+ years of Sales experience in the FMCG Sector only
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or B.tech from a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Institute
- Entrepreneurial, able to deal with ambiguity with a strong bias for action and ownership attitude
- Should have a growth hacking mindset
- Sound understanding of P&L drivers
- Outstanding leadership, analytical and negotiation skills
- Strategy development, Sales force management, Sales force expansion, and Sales Management, Information Systems
- Has exemplary understanding of on-ground implementation
- Understands impact of Sales on other Functions and works in a collaborative manner
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative and highly resourceful
