Founded by Abhishek Negi, Uttam Kumar, Aditya Singh alumni of IIT Kharagpur and Pankaj Pandey from College of Technology, G B Pant University, Eggoz is building a brand of eggs in a 85,000Cr egg consumption market growing at rapidly 15% annually and 97% unpackaged. Eggoz aspires to be the Amul for eggs.
Eggozs mission is to provide high-quality and freshly produced eggs through innovative technology and operational excellence by collaborating with small farmers across the nation. The company aims to supply freshest eggs to every household, local shop, and markets nearby. And to eradicate the malnutrition problem in our country by working with farmers from densely populated areas and address high rates of malnutrition. It thrives to play a pivotal role in achieving Nutritional Security of the Rural India. Eggoz has sold over 5 crore eggs across 8 cities, with over 150 thousand birds under management. The firm sells close to 4 million eggs per month and growing rapidly.

The Role :
- We are looking to hire an energetic, enthusiastic and a go-getter Sales professional who is self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to deliver results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of the growth journey at Eggoz.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive sustainable account growth by tracking MT / e-commerce sales with particular focus on omnichannel distribution
- Drive customer engagement with key accounts through alignment of business plans, joint business planning leading to in- store execution excellence through alignment of the sales operation and manpower
- Drive market development and enhance market share, share of shelf in the modern trade channel
- Execution of all national and regional agreements, including development through the regional category of national chains
- Work with Central Team for win-win Terms of trade negotiation
- Drive availability of Eggoz products and ensure smooth merchandising and distribution through team, targeting optimisation of delivery
- Ensure specific focus on improving market share growth of brand in the category by ensuring visibility, coverage and availability.
- Analyse consumer consumption patterns, market and competition products and launches to segment and prioritise basis consumer preference and devise specific store plans
- Focus on volume shares with assured long term sustainable growth Eggoz product category/categories
- Leverage technology upgradation initiatives to increase the productivity of the team
Candidate Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of Sales experience in an FMCG set-up in the Modern Trade Channel / e- commerce channel
- Keen on-the-ground working person and passionate about sales
- Willing to work in a start-up and build everything from scratch
- Willing to work 6 Days a week
- Fast learner and quick thinker with good sales analytics skills and understands business potential
- Can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Is a good team leader and team player
- Has good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Has the ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
